Booking and Payment

To reserve a property, you must be at least 21 years old. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to check-in. All payments must be made through our online booking system.

Taxes and Fees

All bookings are subject to Wisconsin sales tax and any applicable local room taxes. Cleaning fees and pet fees will be clearly shown during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in will receive a full refund (minus processing fees).
Cancellations made 15–29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in are not refundable.

If we must cancel your stay due to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance or emergencies, you will receive a full refund.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Late check-outs must be approved in advance and may result in additional charges.

Occupancy

The property has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Extra guests are not allowed without prior written approval. Violation of this rule may result in termination of the rental without refund.

House Rules

No smoking inside the property.
Pets are permitted only with prior approval and a pet fee.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Parties and unauthorized events are not allowed.
Guests must respect neighbors and comply with all local ordinances.

Damages and Cleaning

A security deposit is not required. However, guests are financially responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations that occur during their stay.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must report any problems or damages immediately. Guests are expected to follow instructions provided for appliances, safety, and property use, and leave the rental in good condition.

Liability

Guests use the property at their own risk. WI Property Partners is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or theft of personal property during your stay. By booking, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless WI Property Partners from any resulting claims or damages.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vilas County, Wisconsin.
